Urbana Cafe

The Urbana Café project is a tenant improvement to an existing white box historic storefront. To accommodate a growing customer base, the tenant needed to upgrade spaces from a smaller existing location on the same street. New Republic’s design increased capacity and square footage for the café’s growing customer base, pop-up shops, barista training, and new appliances that allowed for expansion of the food menu.
