The homes feature generous cantilevered decks at the rear, extending over alley fed parking, which makes the shared community space at the front of the homes possible.
The design palette and masonry detailing take inspiration from the historic sanctuary that previously occupied the site. The most prominent portions of the church have been preserved and incorporated into the development. This includes the steeple and historic elevation which buffers the homes from Madison Road, giving the community a secluded feel. The historic baptistry also remains, having been incorporated into one home as an alcove. The steeple and historic entry has been renovated into office space.
