The Project used an existing “paper” street as a pedestrian focused primary artery terminating at a common pocket park. This is accomplished by the majority of homes being served by detached garages along an accessory street.
The carriage house design allows the community to include a more economical price point for first time buyers. These homes feature a second-floor primary suite, a living area above the garage and first floor secondary bedroom / office.
The base design for the row homes allows for both two and three-bedroom variations and two and three-story variations, including an option for roof terraces. These homes also include fully customizable basements, detached “alley fed” garages and an intimate private rear yard. The detached garages allowed for two lots on Fairfax Avenue to the north to be developed with garages off the shared alley.
Three-story attached townhomes along Woodburn Avenue feature a direct pedestrian connection to this primary neighborhood throughfare. The primary living space is on the second floor with elevated views of the street. Large decks sit above the rear entry garages providing generous exterior space.
