The design team sourced materials from the wooded surroundings and created rustic touches for the second floor sleeping loft and the ground floor gathering space. While the cabin has a small footprint, it needed to accommodate a full bathroom and a kitchenette. In addition, a wood burning stove functions as a heat source and became a prominent design feature in the living space.
