The 433 E. 13th Street project is tenant improvement to an existing white box, ground floor storefront in an historic building to accommodate an expanding company in need of more space for personnel. New Republic’s spatial planning maximized the reach of natural light, particularly in the main workspace, and created an open office plan that incorporates more desk space, break out spaces, a kitchenette, bathrooms, a conference room, and a private phone booth. Creating a professional but comfortable environment that is appropriate for hosting Clients and allows for easy collaboration among team members reflected the cultural values of a firm built on the principles of collaboration, Client focus, and fun!
