The 1936 Race project is a tenant improvement to an existing white-boxed, ground floor storefront in an historic building to accommodate a growing company in need of additional space for personnel.
The New Republic design team used spatial planning to maximize the reach of natural light, particularly in the main workspace, and created a semi-open floorplan that incorporates more desk space, break-out spaces, a kitchenette, bathrooms, a conference room, a wellness room, and a materials library.
