Liberty + Elm

A schematic design for a transformational, marquee project in the historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati.

The Liberty and Elm project was planned as a transformational, transportation friendly mixed-use development that consisted of a new build and the rehabilitation of four historic tenement buildings at the corner of Liberty Street and Elm Street in Cincinnati. It would have taken one of the largest derelict lots north of Liberty Street and transformed it into an anchor gateway into northern Over the Rhine and the Findlay market district.
