Just Q’in is a vibrant culinary addition to the Walnut Hills neighborhood. New Republic helped the owner establish a primary brick-and-mortar location while remaining budget conscious. The team created a flexible interior space that accommodated the owner’s desire to design/build all his own interior furniture. This collaboration allowed the owner’s unique personal vision to shine through. New Republic designed the space to maintain historic ceiling heights while concealing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in order to meet Historic Tax Credit requirements.
