John Arthur Flats
Cincinnati's first LGBTQ+ friendly Affordable Housing community named in honor of John Montgomery Arthur.
The John Arthur Flats, located one block from the Northside business district, will serve senior households earning 30%, 50%, and 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) and allow residents to “age in place.” It is also the first LGBTQ+ friendly project of its kind in the Cincinnati Area. The fifty-seven unit residential building is enhanced by community amenity spaces, including a gathering space, roof deck lounge, laundry facility, fitness room, management office, and special services offices.
