Enclave of Mariemont

The Enclave of Mariemont project reinvents the site where the historic Mariemont steam plant once stood on the bank of the Little Miami River into market-rate townhomes. The townhomes are designed to that take advantage of their surrounding natural context and proximity to the historic Mariemont business district. The New Republic team designed the homes to capture views of the river and surrounding wooded hillsides from the living spaces. Roof terraces and ground floor walk out patios integrate the dwelling units with the outdoors.While the ground floor space of each home is designed to function as a studio or office space, a third floor bonus room can be adapted for use as an extra bedroom.
