Conceptual Multi-Family Housing

Context-driven infill housing shaped by the scale and character of an established community.

This conceptual multi-family building is designed for an infill site within one of Cincinnati’s storied neighborhoods. Supported by below-grade structured parking, the upper levels provide a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments along with a well-appointed package of resident amenities. The building’s massing responds to the surrounding context, stepping down toward the lower-scaled apartment building to the east. Its geometry is influenced by the site’s irregular urban fabric, taking cues from adjacent streets and buildings that intersect at varying angles.
