Crossings at Beckett
A design proposal for a high-end multi-family community in West Chester, Ohio.
The proposed Crossings at Beckett project would occupy a site formerly intended for a retail development. In a weak retail environment, our Client elected to repurpose the site. New Republic designed a 194 unit, fully amenitized muliti-family development to meet the Client’s development goals.
